I have to tell you that I have had my eye on this clutch for almost 2 years (that may be a slight exaggeration but it’s definitely been more than a year and definitely since this clutch came out!) but I never bought it because I couldn’t justify spending the money. It’s been included in Kate Spade’s flash sale before, and Joe and I both tried to buy it, but it sold out before our order was completed. So, you can imagine my excitement when my friend (thank you, Tracy!!!) told me it was for sale again! I almost couldn’t believe it when I got my confirmation number and shipping information! I love it so much now I want to start a collection!

I wore this over the weekend and though I love black and white, I wanted to throw some color in there to make the look a little more playful and more weekend-appropriate. I love the way these dark red tights and the playful accessories like the book clutch and the pink bracelet give this outfit an entirely different feel than it would have with just the black, white, and neutral colors.
