Some days, ok, most days, I have trouble figuring out what to wear, especially when I haven’t gone shopping in a while (which is mostly the case now- I did do some #Nsale / Nordstrom sale shopping but I can’t really wear anything I bought yet since it’s been so so hot here recently! Anyway, when I can’t figure out what to wear or when I feel like I’ve already worn everything in my closet ten times over, I have to get creative. So, I was inspired to throw this black and white stripes crop top on over my cobalt blue sun dress. I don’t get a whole lot of wear out of this crop top since I can’t wear it to work (even with a high waisted skirt would be pushing it) so throwing it over a dress seemed perfect!




dress- Marshalls, crop top- Nordstrom, pumps- Michael Kors, bag- old (a gift from my Mom, similar), sunglasses- Ray-Ban (borrowed from Joe), lips- Mac in overtime

I always think I want a neutral bag (and sometimes I do) but I do love a good, bright, statement bag! What about you?
