I wore this in Newport over the weekend for a day of walking around the town and touring the Newport mansions. It was just the right combination of casual and put together and my Sperrys might be the most comfortable shoe I own (aside from my sneakers). However, after about 10 miles of walking in them (yes, 10 miles… we got a bit lost), I realized it’s time for me to get a new pair.

Is anyone doing anything fun for Memorial Day? We haven’t decided on any plans yet. I know that if we do decide to go somewhere, our housework will still be here when we get back, but there’s really a lot we have to do around here between the yard work, housework, laundry, and gardening! So who knows… at the very least, we’ll be enjoying the weekend and barbequing 🙂
