I love that this dress can either be dressed up (see here) or down, and can even be worn to the beach! I’m usually a short dress kind of girl, especially in the summer (mostly because sometimes it’s just too hot for a maxi dress), but I love how much more elegant a long skirt feels, even if you’re not trying for that look. If I’m being honest, long skirts also remind me of the nineties… think Sandra Bullock & Nicole Kidman in Practical Magic… it’s a laid back put together look that I just love! You can’t beat the ease of throwing on a maxi dress, some sandals, and you’re done!
