This dress was one of my purchases from Nordstrom’s Anniversary sale. I wasn’t 100 percent sure about it at first, mostly because it’s an oversized fit and I wasn’t sure if it was too oversized (they do sell it in petite online but of course I didn’t want to wait for that- if you’re shorter than 5’4 though, I would order it in petite and I’m wearing an xs for reference) but I’m so glad I got it. It is extremely soft and comfortable and it will work as well with booties in the fall as it does with sandals!

In case you’re not following along on Instagram, Amelia’s surgery went really well yesterday! They put a tube in her left ear, looked at her right ear and found that she does have a canal and what looks to be an eardrum, did another flexible scope and found that her right vocal chord is no longer paralyzed, and she did amazing with the anesthesia (this is important because she has a list of more surgeries she’ll need later down the road)! We really couldn’t have hoped for better news! Thank you so much for all your prayers, positive thoughts, and support! It means the world to us!
