We’re in the midst of another snowstorm but all I can think about is being able to sit outside on our deck with my coffee or a cold drink (which really isn’t that unrealistic considering it is March). So, I bring to you my vision and favorites for sprucing up our outdoor areas (hashtag curb appeal)!

Our deck is gray and white and I love the idea of your outdoor space being an extension of your home so I’ll stick to a somewhat similar color palette as that of our interior. I’m thinking of adding pops of black and white, blues, greens, and then maybe some pockets of color like soft pinks and yellows but once I fill our planters with flowers there will be plenty of additional color! Because we’re not actually at the beach or on the water, I don’t want to go too “beach-y” but I do want my overall tones to be a mix of reminiscent of the sea and the garden as well as classic, modern, and a nod to vintage.
