I love the pleats on this skirt because the chiffon gives them a softer, more feminine feel as opposed to the typical schoolgirl look of pleats. I added the stripes and leopard flats for some fun print mixing and to create an easy weekday/workday (if your office is casual like mine) look. I really think that Anthropologie has the best skirts!

I hope you all had a great weekend! We went to a high school football game on Friday night to see my cousin make the homecoming court, which left Joe and I reminiscing about our high school days (was it really that long ago?!). Saturday Joe and I had a bit of a date day- we went to a fun grilled cheese place for lunch, got our new phones, and got pumpkins and carved them that night! Then we went out for brunch at Max Brenner’s (delicious!!!) on Sunday morning and in the afternoon, we went to dinner at my Grandmom’s. It was a busy but fun weekend, I just can’t believe it’s already Monday!
