Navy is one of those colors that makes you feel instantly prim, proper, & polished. This makes it a perfect go to color, especially for me as I never seem to feel quite put together. I’m sure it’s mostly because my hair is more often than not left air dried and natural (I just have so much hair, it’s tough to do all the time). However, it’s nice to be able to throw on a classic color/piece (I feel like black and white adds instant polish, too) and go!

I hope you all had a great weekend! It was really nice to be able to see my friends from Arizona this weekend! Joe had a bachelor party so he wasn’t able to come with me but we had a really good time! I can’t believe it’s Monday already, though… this weekend was definitely one of those that I felt like we didn’t even get a weekend! My birthday is this Thursday, though, so it’s nice to have something to look forward to this week- do any of you have July birthdays?!
