Meet our puppy niece, Penny 🙂 We had her for the day on Sunday and so she got stuck doing blog photos with me… but isn’t she the sweetest thing?! She’s Joe’s sister’s and her fiance’s puppy and we’re so excited to have her in the family (Joe’s parents actually have Penny’s brother so we have two puppies in the family!)! I wish I could report that Niko is really excited about the puppies, too, but I can’t say that he is. He was really good with Penny all day on Sunday but he tends to get annoyed by the seemingly endless puppy energy & playful behavior and by the fact that something is usurping all the attention.

I’m really happy it’s Thursday because it’s been a long week in this house! I’ve really been leaning on retail therapy lately and I’m pretty sure I haven’t bought anything that I need (but I did find some boyfriend jeans that actually fit from Topshop!!)!
