Usually I reserve my plaid clothes for the fall and winter but I love how this bright blue plaid can totally be worn in the spring! I’ve already paired it with white jeans (and it looks really cute!) and it would look great with a skirt and flats, too! Add a bright lip color and maybe even a fun bag and you’ve got a great spring look. I added a thick cable knit sweater and a wool hat to this look to both break up the plaid and because it was pretty chilly and I’m over wearing coats (I really need to invest in a good trench coat like this one or this one!)!

I hope you all had a great weekend! Ours was busy but really nice. We spent almost our entire weekend with family which meant there wasn’t much down time but it was worth it! Today I was hoping to get some work done but Miss Amelia didn’t sleep so well last night so this mama is exhausted! Maybe a few extra cups of coffee will help me to be productive!
