Tweed is one of my favorite fabrics (next to chiffon). It is so classic and it feels so classy and ladylike to me. Tweed always makes me think of royalty, and for a really silly reason (aside from the fact that it is actually popular with the current royal family in Britain). My first memory of my love for tweed is when Anne Hathaway donned a pink tweed dress set in The Princess Diaries 2. Hey, I warned you it was silly! I really love this tweed skirt in particular because of the gorgeous hues of blue and purple (remember when I wore it here?)
